Welcome to Villa Evida. Holiday house "Evida" was newly built in 2020. It is located in Porec, a tourist place in Istria. The house has 192 m2 on two floors. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 3 private bathrooms, toilet, living room and kitchen. The ground floor has a living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen with 8 seats. One bedroom is on the ground floor and the other two are on the first floor. Each room has a TV, air conditioning and a private balcony with table and chairs. In the yard there is a terrace with outdoor table and 8 seats. There is also a 32 m2 swimming pool, 6 deck chairs, an outdoor shower and 2 parasols. Holiday house "Evida" has a twin sister called holiday house "Luca", 50 m away.

- If you cancel 36 to 60 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of 1/4 of the "advance payment amount".
